CAMP FACILITIES: Our out of town campers are personally picked up at the Miami International Airport and brought to our camp. (about 20 minutes away) They stay in the college dorms with our awesome counselors - providing a total camp experience. Day campers enjoy a daily hot lunch in the UM cafeteria. Each camp concludes with a Final Concert, where every student performs in one of UM's fine concert halls.

CAMP FACILITIES: Rock n' Roll Summer Camp consists of 3 rehearsal rooms for lessons, praticing technique, and band practice. We also have a 3,000 sq. ft. room with a fully equipped live sound stage.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Rock n' Roll Summer Camp helps musicians or non-musicians who are starting out make that dream become a reality. We put together like-minded people at the same levels of experience, provide great music for them to play, and match them with a seasoned professional musician and teacher who helps them practice their set for a live performance.

It all culminates with a PERFORMANCE, where your child takes center stage to live out their musical dreams in front of family and friends. Performances will be held weekly during all Summer Camp sessions on Fridays! The performances will take place on a HUGE stage with a phenomenal intelligent lighting system, fog machines and huge sound system for your kids to JAM out on and to perform the songs they have learned.

Rock n' Roll Summer Camp students learn music by making music. They start playing on the first day of the session and improve daily as individual musicians and as a band. Each musician has an opportunity to expand his or her musical potential while having fun playing with other musicians.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Camp Broadway®, presented by the FSCJ Artist Series, returns to Jacksonville for its 14th year from Monday, June 16 – Friday, June 20, 2014 from 8:30AM – 5:00PM at the Wilson Center for the Arts! Camp Broadway® introduces young people aged 10 to 17 to the world of Broadway on-stage and behind the scenes. Campers work with Broadway directors, choreographers and musical directors to receive training in acting, scene study, improvisation, music theory, solo and ensemble singing, movement, and dance.

This five-day performing arts program offers each camper the opportunity to expand his or her creative talents, build self-esteem, learn the art of collaboration, and gain a fuller respect and understanding of musical theatre. No singing, dancing, or acting experience necessary - just a willingness to have fun and a curiosity about what happens on stage and behind the curtain!

Echoing Air, Inc., founded in 2009, features the voices of countertenors together with early instruments with a special emphasis on music of late 17th Century England. Performances include an expanded palate of other European chamber works of the period as well as 20th and 21st Century music composed for
countertenor and historical instruments. Echoing Air is comprised of internationally recognized performers and educators who have worked with leading proponents of early music.

Echoing Air’s commitment to music education has lead to the development of an active, all-inclusive educational program, with offerings for audiences of all ages.

CAMP FACILITIES: Campers sleep in a fully furnished and comfortable lodge which has been upgraded for wheelchair accessibility, with separate accommodations in the same building for male and female campers. Staff remains onsite throughout the camp. A wheelchair accessible fishing pier overlooks the river, and a wheelchair accessible golf cart is available to transport campers to and from activities.

Camp Director, Jamie Senkeleski has been directing Trailways Camps, Inc. sessions since August 2012. Trailways Camps, Inc. strives to meet its goals at each and every camp. CAMP FACILITIES: We feel that a camp experience should be one filed with the allure of living outdoors. Part of the experience is the soothing sounds of the Florida night. Our rustic cabins give the camper the perfect blend of the outdoor experience and a few comforts of home. Our cabins have 12-16 bunks, ceiling fans, power, storage shelves and a front porch. Teen campers enrolled in Camp Warrior live in more modern cabins complete with air conditioning, lofts, and a kitchenette. Bathhouses are located next to the cabin areas. Each bathhouse features toilets, sinks, and private shower stalls.

The flagship of our facilities is our newer 14,000 square foot activities center complete with 24 stall center isle barn, with tack rooms, wash bays, bathrooms and indoor skatepark. This 40 acre facility also houses our new high ropes challenge course designed by Project Adventure and our ATV track. Next to our activities center is our new camp office which includes a recording studio and comfortable, climate controlled activity room for Camp Warrior. An extensive renovation plan is in place over the next three years that will transform camp!

Another high point of Camp Indian Springs facilities is our natural fresh water spring. This natural wonder is over 40′ deep in some places! For most of the year the water flows clear and it always remains a refreshing 68 degrees. Indian Springs is internationally know as one of the best cave systems in the world to dive. Unfortunately we can’t offer this to our campers but we stay very busy catering to the divers in the off season. Tours can be arranged with Cave Connections.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Camp Indian Springs, first established in 1965, is a fun-filled, action packed private summer resident camp for boys and girls ages 7-16. Located on 77 acres, camp is nestled beside the wooded springs of beautiful Wakulla Springs State Park amidst the Apalachicola and Wakulla Forest of North Florida. Indian Springs counselors are great role models who are focused on the needs of campers, both in the cabins and in classes. What makes Camp Indian Springs stand out above the rest is our 90% staff return rate. Unlike most other summer camps you will not find a staff search on our web site or a Craigslist ad seeking staff. This is due to our extensive C.I.T. (Counselor-In-Training) program and high staff retention rate. Growing a staff within creates a competitive and safe environment to select the best of the best. More than half the staff have been at camp five years or more. All counselors are carefully selected for their camp skills and must possess superb references. All staff must go through an intensive one week staff training which includes effective cabin leadership, teaching skills, emergency procedures, CPR, first aide and a parent to counselor open forum.

High Seas Adventure Camp on our 70 foot yacht. Campers will get the chance to be on the crew of a real yacht as they travel. They will also experience treasure hunts as well as ride jet skis, and use our yachter-slide.

CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: Our C.I.T. program is one of our most valued Camp Indian Springs program. This program is vital to the success of our camp. This is where we grow the future camp staff and world leaders of tomorrow. Our Counselor In Training program is the first step to become a camp staff member. The program is for campers age 15 to 17 who desire to become camp staff. The program is designed to teach young men and women to become productive leaders and staff members. A majority of the camp’s current staff have come up through our C.I.T. program.

C.I.T.s are placed in a younger cabin with a Senior and Junior counselor and have a vital role in cabin leadership. C.I.Ts also take a C.I.T. only class and assist in other classes throughout the day.

FAMILY CAMP SESSION(S): We are open year round for group retreats, family camps, family reunions, and any other event possible.

YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: We are open year-round for a tremendous and unforgettable experience for the whole family, school, sports team, or any other group! CAMP PROGRAM INFO: The discipline of ballet challenges the student physically and mentally. It is the foundation for any type of dance and enhances flexibility and control for any athlete. This Summer Dance Program is specially designed with different characteristics: Some classes are for students who need to develop skills, strength, clean up defects or difficulties, and get ready for the serious training they will be experiencing during the next school year. Other classes are meant to be an introduction to ballet, tap, jazz, and flamenco through a very special training method for younger students. Field trips to cultural sites. We want to take our leaders a bit further as we contemplate what it means to be a real leader. To do this, we set aside one hour each morning during the week for Leader Lab sessions. Each year we ask some incredibly gifted leaders and speakers to come in and give fresh thoughts and different perspectives to your leaders. We are convinced your leaders will leave camp not only encouraged by time with their students, but also refreshed and motivated by their time in Leader Lab.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Camp Cardinal is focused on providing your child with a safe place to have fun this summer and many more to come! We encourage our campers to challenge themselves physically and mentally. This Summer Camp Cardinal has the opportunity of creating a mural project titled “New Beginnings” in honor of the community, new friendships, and family, Camp Cardinal seeks to build in the making. The mural project is strictly for the campers of Camp Cardinal 2017.”We would like our campers to join in the creation of a cultural arts project that will undoubtedly leave an everlasting impression within the community”.

Every camper that has a desire to be creative will have input towards completing our mural this summer of 2017.

CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: CITS: Counselors in Training, Assist head counselors with day to day activities, is a camper but a CIT first.

A CIT also receives 1/2 off tuition!

FAMILY CAMP SESSION(S): The Cardinal Parent’s Association (CPA)
Designed to allow the parents of campers a chance to
be a part of the activities at Camp Cardinal. A C.P.A members is essentially a parent counselor, assisting with various field trips and activities on a day to day basis.

Requirements
1. Every family is Eligible Parents must sign up within the program’s
set deadlines (C.P.A DOES NOT discriminate against race, creed, and /or religion) This program is strictly based upon a first come – first serve basis. (There are only three C.P.A positions available per session)

2. Must be a biological parent and/or rightful guardian of child.

3. Willing to work with children other than your own.

4. Must be physically active and able to participate in all activities.

5. Last but not least, Willing to have fun!

Rules and Regulations
1. A C.P.A member will act as a head counselor to his/her assigned group.

2. A C.P.A member cannot be a head counselor over his/her child’s group.

3. A C.P.A member must Chaperon various field trips and activities
such as (Late nights).

Agreement
1. Regarding your child’s itinerary you are required to commit
to a certain number of hours per session.

Benefits
1. Members receive 50% off child’s tuition.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: School of Rock Coral Springs is in it's 8th year. All of our camp leaders are have a degree in music and are professional musicians. You will be stunned at how much the kids accomplish in just one week, and you will get to see it, when they take the stage at a local rock venue!

YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Aside from camp, School of Rock is a year round performance based music program. Our students combine private lessons with group themed rehearsals with the ultimate goal of of performing live on stage with the peers in a real band setting!

July 11th-15th Ska:
The perfect camp for the summer vibe, the ska camp will include a collection of second and third wave ska and highlight the history and musical background of the genre.

July 25th-29th Preview next season:
This camp will preview 5 songs from each of our upcoming fall season of shows.

August 8th-12th David Bowie Mega Camp:
Our summer camp finale will feature music honoring the legendary singer/songwriter and will include a high energy show with theatrical performance.

CAMP FACILITIES: Showtime Performing Arts Theatre is a fully-equipped, two-story, state of the art 125 seat teaching and performance facility presenting a full season of children�s and adult musical theatre from September through May each year and full camp programs during Winter, Spring and Summer school breaks. The school includes 5 instructional studios for dance, acting, music and vocal recording. Hot lunch buffet available for all session.
